Bad service. scheduled appointment that took 4 days for availability. Service tech took my brand new work truck and gave no information to me that day that they would be keeping my truck overnight. I calle availability. Service tech took my brand new work truck and gave no information to me that day that they would be keeping my truck overnight. I called him that afternoon amd was no able to get a hold of him. He did call me back the following morning just to say sorry there are 25 vehicles in front of you and I'm not sure when we can take care of it. Again I had just purchased this 2021 Silverado 2500 truck with service bed and the truck only had 600 miles before engine light came on. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location. More

I usually have no bad review for Gateway except my last experience was not a good one. My car was taken in to replace a tire but came back leaking oil(didn’t know at the time). I was told after I complaine experience was not a good one. My car was taken in to replace a tire but came back leaking oil(didn’t know at the time). I was told after I complained that an oil change was mistakenly done and oil cap not replaced causing oil to splatter everywhere on engine while driving. Took the car back they cleaned up and replaced oil, replaced oil cap but still did NOT top off all fluids. I am NOT pleased. More
