A 7 AM appointment should be a 7 AM appointment not one that doesn’t even get pulled inside until after 8:30 in the morning. A total of 2 hours and 20 minutes for an oil change is not a reasonable amount o that doesn’t even get pulled inside until after 8:30 in the morning. Bad service. scheduled appointment that took 4 days for availability. Service tech took my brand new work truck and gave no information to me that day that they would be keeping my truck overnight. I calle availability. Service tech took my brand new work truck and gave no information to me that day that they would be keeping my truck overnight. I called him that afternoon amd was no able to get a hold of him. He did call me back the following morning just to say sorry there are 25 vehicles in front of you and I'm not sure when we can take care of it. Again I had just purchased this 2021 Silverado 2500 truck with service bed and the truck only had 600 miles before engine light came on. I will not be taking my vehicle back to this location. More
