Very disappointed in the service I received. I originally took my truck in for an oil change. Was told a tire rotation would be done. I even asked when I picked it up if the rotation had been done and was to took my truck in for an oil change. Was told a tire rotation would be done. Was also told they would do the patch on the tire free of charge for the inconvenience. We were still charged for the service. I don’t mind paying, it’s the principle that I was told it would be free for the “inconvenience.” More

even on a slow day at the service department it still was a 3 in half hour wait for service to complete. Had a scheduled appointment for Thursday 9:00 a.m. The car didn’t get looked at till Saturday around noon. So my daughter got left on foot till Monday. Asked for a loaner but claimed none available.
