Poor customer service. Was not offered a vehicle car wash. Website does not inform clients of wait times when scheduling. I was arrived early for my 0720 appointment to be greeted at 0727 by my “service wash. Website does not inform clients of wait times when scheduling. I was arrived early for my 0720 appointment to be greeted at 0727 by my “service advisor” who did not even introduce herself. Spoken to poorly. Advised at minimum wait time would be 1.5 hours, but could be anytime throughout the day until 6pm. Service advisor walked away and did not provide me with instructions or ever tell me where to go. I was left sitting in my vehicle. Was not followed up by with my “service advisor,” but rather someone else in the service department. Walked to my vehicle by Liz (who was great and friendly), only to be told that my car was not washed. Liz informed me that I should have been asked if I wanted a wash, I was not asked or offered. I have never experienced such poor customer service. This was my vehicles first oil change since purchase at this location. I am beyond disappointed with the quality of service and experience I received. I would not recommend this place to anyone moving forward. More
