Good morning!‘s the service I received was excellent the only thing I would recommend is that your employees continue to wear face coverings especially dealing with customers face-to-face I was in there and only thing I would recommend is that your employees continue to wear face coverings especially dealing with customers face-to-face I was in there and Some of your employees were not wearing face covered/facemask especially with everything going on some customers are not comfortable with dealing with employees with no face covers but besides that everything else was excellent. This dealership yet again is buy Far the worst in the valley. Since purchasing my vehicle from This location every since trip to the dealership has been a disaster. This location and their employees have the luxury of asking you to book your appointment online and then once you arrive in store for your appointment that’s scheduled weeks out they look at each person and then decide if they want to service that person! It feels like most of the employees seem to be prejudice & Misogynistic when it comes to servicing women and women of color at that. Each time at this location it’s been so unprofessional and demeaning that I’ve had to reach out my my father to ask if this was normal behavior for a dealership- if you have a daughter, sister, mom or aunt keep them FSR away from unprofessional and misogynistic men in the service department at this location, make sure your customer service agent isn’t Jason and that if you’re a woman don’t go alone this IS the dealership where they will not service women professionally and properly. Each time I’ve been to this location I’ve booked a an appointment days in advance and every time I’ve arrived on side they look at me and say - sorry I can’t so that today if you want your car back today- so even with me booking an appointment weeks in advance- arriving two hours before the scheduled appointment it’s well before NOON. & and they still found a way to get out of doing the work I’ve now tried to get done for 3 month and in two appointments and this dealership has refused to actually preform work on my vehicle. Go elsewhere - & don’t send any of your loved one to spend money at this location! Absolutely T R A S H More
