When I arrived to pick up my car from a service I was waiting for assistance for at least 15-20 minutes while other workers who were having conversations with coworkers or simply staring at their phones waiting for assistance for at least 15-20 minutes while other workers who were having conversations with coworkers or simply staring at their phones at their desk passed me by with not so much as a second glance in my direction. when I was finally approached to finish paperwork for my vehicle the attendant gave me the paper and my keys without reviewing anything with me or giving me any more information about what was found in my vehicle inspection. He also made the comment that when asked if anything could be done to change an issue that was found on my car that it was to late since they were closing at 6 and it was now 5:30 however I dropped my vehicle off 4 hours prior and received a call 20 minutes after I dropped it off that the car was ready for pick up. I am honestly so disappointed with the service here, I can understand if this was a one time occurrence but this has happened to me multiple times at this dealership. More

Brought our Chevy Volt here for service. Overall, service was good. Only complaints would be how long it took for an oil change (3.5 hours) but was very pleased with the Lyft services offered. Additional fee was good. Only complaints would be how long it took for an oil change (3.5 hours) but was very pleased with the Lyft services offered. Michael M. and Mr. Tony are great. He really listens to my design/amount/downpayment/ and the monthly payments that are easy for me and within my budget. He was surprised that I came with an agenda and I k my design/amount/downpayment/ and the monthly payments that are easy for me and within my budget. He was surprised that I came with an agenda and I knew what I wanted. Actually, I came in with 2 options in mind, I wanted to look at a used vehicle but outweighing the prices I came out better getting a new vehicle with the monthly payments I wanted maybe a little over but still within my budget.
