Zach is always great when I go in for my Routine Oil changes! If anything is going to take longer than expected, they provide a Lyft ride home and back! I love that since I do have a daughter and being changes! If anything is going to take longer than expected, they provide a Lyft ride home and back! I love that since I do have a daughter and being at a dealership with a child is not fun. But some of the ladies around are always making you feel unwelcome with bad attitudes. My Service writer Mark Hernandez was very rude to my wife during her last visit to the dealership. I had to contact his supervisor David to resolve the issue. Turns out David was also giving me signs of bein during her last visit to the dealership. I had to contact his supervisor David to resolve the issue. Good morning!‘s the service I received was excellent the only thing I would recommend is that your employees continue to wear face coverings especially dealing with customers face-to-face I was in there and only thing I would recommend is that your employees continue to wear face coverings especially dealing with customers face-to-face I was in there and Some of your employees were not wearing face covered/facemask especially with everything going on some customers are not comfortable with dealing with employees with no face covers but besides that everything else was excellent.
