The installation of my new running boards seemed to go well with no problems. The "detail" was little more than a quick wash and wipe down. When I hear detail I do expect a little more. When I set up the appointment for oil change, fluid check, tire rotation, and car wash with interior vacuuming I expected to have all that done. It's not his fault the dealership washers and car cleaners don't do their job! Thankfully I was not charged for the wash job as I was told in advance the cleaning that I wanted was going to be $18.95. Mark Wendelgass More
Dropped off my vehicle before 8:30am for oil change and took check an issue that was so called fixed the year before, but according to the service team they can never hear the issue to see what it is so it took check an issue that was so called fixed the year before, but according to the service team they can never hear the issue to see what it is so it didn't get fixed. I have been a long time gateway customer and have purchased 2 vehicles there. I had to call the service team to get an update on the status of my car and this was after 3:30pm. I was told to wait another 30 to 45 minutes to get my car back so they can put it back together. My car was there practically all day and I didn't drive away until after 5pm. Also I couldn't even get a courtesy car wash this time. Is this what I should expect if I continue being a Gateway customer??? More

Robert Hernandez, has been my Service Advisor for the last 3 years. His prompt attention to my vehicle service and repair makes me come back everytime. I live in Laveen and can walk to Firestone which ha last 3 years. His prompt attention to my vehicle service and repair makes me come back everytime. Was trying to see if I could make them my dealership again as I always try and give everyone a second chance. But they chose to rip me off again by over charging me for a cooling system drain, flush and again as I always try and give everyone a second chance. But they chose to rip me off again by over charging me for a cooling system drain, flush and fill. I was quoted $139.95 for the whole job and I figured for tax on the parts. Labor was priced out at $103.00 which left $36.95 for parts. Tax should be $3.25 for a total cost of $143.20 for the job. But I was charged $162.10 a $18.90 over charge. They lost my business before for failing to follow my instructions, to which they broke my windshield in my truck and then refused to fix it. Now when I give them a second chance, they over charge me. Guess they really do not want my business. More
John was helping me... no customer service skills every time i have been to service. He is rude and dismissive on every question so i chose not to speak with him. This was my second vehicle I purchased at Gateway. I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle. When taking my vehicle in for service my invoice showed that my warranty ended at 100,000 miles or July 2021. A purchased a warranty on the vehicle. When I asked my service advisor Mike why my paperwork showed July of 2021 he said that they just input any date in the computer. I had to pay for the work done when I thought it was covered. I feel I was misled by the dealership and am not sure I want to purchase my next vehicle from Gateway More
