Happy with my oil change service, took 2 hours but still happy with service I recurved. John Sheldon was tremendous!! He was extremely helpful and great to deal with. However, I had my rear tires replaced and it took 8 1/2 hours to get this done. The reason was the alignment station was behi and great to deal with. However, I had my rear tires replaced and it took 8 1/2 hours to get this done. The reason was the alignment station was behind. This is not the first time I have had long waits for this same reason. To make a better dealership, resolve the issue with the alignment station. Waiting this long is frustrating and unnecessary. Booked an 8am oil change for 12/23 online and when I get to the dealership they said The wait would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was told your systems don’t communicate from the dealership to online so I would ha to the dealership they said The wait would be 1-1/2 to 2 hours. I was told your systems don’t communicate from the dealership to online so I would have a walk in appointment. I booked online after being emailed from Onstar that my oil was at 1%. Huge inconvenienced as booking an appointment should be relatively quick to the service desired. My truck was not washed either after waiting for the full 2 hours for the service. The whole place seemed overwhelmed and short handed. More
