I set up an appointment for my new 2021 Tahoe, to get 2 Recalls fixed on it. After 24 hours the car wasn’t even looked at, it stayed parked till the next day. They should at least give you a heads up to just wait up a day, that way the family isn’t carless. The tech Robert was amazing and straight up about the situation so I appreciate the honesty and not sugar coating the news. If he were to make some crazy excuse like 98% of the world would of I would give a 1 star. Anyways the root cause of the low rating is just due to leaving people carless, instead of saying, “hey we might no be able to look at your car, let’s oush back your appointment that way you are not carless.” People have families and need to get around. They have my wife’s car in there now, and god only knows when they’ll work on her new Chevy Blazer 2020. More

I was having problems with my 2018 camaro, they took my car in without an appointment and got the guy the work done for free under warranty. I went for a simple oil change and coolant flush and the completely messed up my engine and gave it back to me.
