Robert Hernandez in Service Depart was fantastic. My UA Student broke down on the highway, had to be towed in overnight and he made repair happen on a Saturday in time to get back to Tucson. The day I bought my car we got great service and customer service. But then we had to send the car back for auto service and we had horrible service. When we arrived on a Friday the manager made it seem like service. But then we had to send the car back for auto service and we had horrible service. When we arrived on a Friday the manager made it seem like it was our fault for setting up the appointment on Friday and that they couldn’t help us Friday.
