I set up an appointment online and when i arrived i was waiting for some one to help, the reps. would help the other cars that where here after and i was still waiting. Paul showed up from a different area waiting for some one to help, the reps. would help the other cars that where here after and i was still waiting. Paul showed up from a different area of the shop and asked if i needed help i said yes and let him know i made a appointment online and he checked for me. it did not show up on the tablet so he still helped me and had my car serviced. Paul is a very nice person and is very fast to ball rolling. even called to let me know car was ready when he said it will be ready. More
Took in my Truck with an appointment. I needed an Oil change and bulb replacement in my center console buttons. I left my truck all day. Picked up my truck at night time with just anOil change. Service department is horrible!
