Came in for an oil change that normally cost me 50 bucks this time around it was 70. They replaced something without asking me first. Shortly after my visit I recieved a phone call from Francisco who repeat this time around it was 70. They replaced something without asking me first. Shortly after my visit I recieved a phone call from Francisco who repeatedly asked me if I wanted a new car after I said no thank you multiple times he said alright and hung up. I called him back and he hung up on me again. I have always taken my car to a chevy dealership but I will not be returning to this location. More

As soon as I picked up my car after 3 hours, my left blinker was flashing fast. I called and they said it was a bulb I’d have to pay for... even though it wasn’t doing that before I had it serviced, but blinker was flashing fast. I called and they said it was a bulb I’d have to pay for... even though it wasn’t doing that before I had it serviced, but as soon as I drive away, the bulb magically needs to be replaced. More
