I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated, as well as check on why my car kept giving a message that it could not shift to park. We were at there for 2 1/2 hours before we learned that they needed to go pick up a part to repair the shift issue and that was because my husband went to ask for an update. Additionally, we were told that the oil change nor the tire rotation had been done yet, so it was going to take hours to fix the shift issue and do the oil change/tire rotation after. By the time everything was fixed, we had been there for over 5 1/2 hours. More
The warranty-repair of the damage that had occurred to my paint job was fixed, and the people are professional, honest, and kind. I wasn't even aware that the damage was not my fault until I was told by the paint job was fixed, and the people are professional, honest, and kind. Annoyed with the very wrong estimate time and actual time it took to get an alignment done. Was told 1 1\2 hrs actually took more than 3 hours with no communication to let me know it was going to take longer it took to get an alignment done. Then when it's finally done there was oil all over the inside driver floor and side of my car which i had just washed. More
I have no issue with the service advisor or the service received, but it took entirely too long to complete. I had an appointment at 11:10, checked in a bit early and was told 2.5 hour wait. When I made the appointment I said I would wait so I didn't complain. I had linch and was patient but it was almost 2:30 by the time I was told it was complete. This is too long for an oil change and tire rotation. The advisor tried to make me feel better by telling me she had people who were there since around 6 am. That didn't comfort. More
Mike was personable. Dealership had precautionary steps for COVID19. Car repair completed for outrageous price, but I had no choice.
