It takes 2 hours for a standard oil change and would not look at why our radio screen is going black. Not really worth going even with the oil change being covered. Our service advisor called us on the phon look at why our radio screen is going black. Not really worth going even with the oil change being covered. Our service advisor called us on the phone instead of walking out to get us like all the rest did. When asked where was he said at the dealership, duh so are we. Told us we had to have our car come back for the black radio screen and be here for half the day. I don’t how that will work when it’s driven to work everyday. More

Very Pleased I had a battery failure, had to get my equinox towed, from old school never had a key-less smart car. it's not like with jumper cables you can get a I had a battery failure, had to get my equinox towed, from old school never had a key-less smart car. it's not like with jumper cables you can get a jump and at least it'll last until you get to where need. I was trying to get a jump then when keep it idling it'll hold the charge, but with this car I would come to a stop light or sign and the auto stop feature this car has would not hold the charge, so every time I came to a light and or sign I had to put it in neutral, and even then with I wanted to press the gas , I felt that I was messing the transmission. Gateway took care of me and my car was under warranty. They did a good job. but again 2 hrs to do a search to find out if it was due to the battery. More
