The service tech was super friendly, nicely mannered, and knew what he was talking about. Got my truck in on short notice which was nice. They paid for me to get an Uber home which was great. Warranty repair On 6/24/2020 I had an appointment with Service Adviser John Sheldon concerning an oil leak. Mr. Sheldon determined that the oil pan on ouir pick up On 6/24/2020 I had an appointment with Service Adviser John Sheldon concerning an oil leak. Mr. Sheldon determined that the oil pan on ouir pick up was defective. He advised us that it would take about 7 days to order and receive a new oil pan. On 7/9/2020 we returned Chevy Silverado 2500 diesel pick up to Gateway Chevrolet to install a new oil pan on the diesel P/U. We met with John Sheldon and was advised that he truck would be ready later that day. Mr. Sheldon advised us that the pick up was ready. Mr. Sheldon did a walk around with us showing that our Silverado was repaired, washed and ready to take it home. Mr. Sheldon has always treated us very professionally and assured us that our Chevy vehicles were repaired correctly. More

We had a 9am appointment and even though cars besides and behind us were helped, we waited 17 minutes for help. It seemed like they had forgotten us because I had to ask someone when they would help us. By t behind us were helped, we waited 17 minutes for help. It seemed like they had forgotten us because I had to ask someone when they would help us. By then at least 6 cars had been taken away while we still had not been approached. When they finally got someone to help us, she did not apologize for the fact we waited but she did mention they were super busy and it would be a 2 hour wait. We got a Lyft home and after 2 hours and 20 minutes I had to call and ask how much longer and after the girl on the phone checked, my car was done (conveniently). This is the closest service center to my home, but I’ll have to try a different Chevrolet location because this was not smooth or convenient. We used to service with Toyota for 4+ years and never had a bad experience or this kind of wait. More
