The service tech did an outstanding job installing the tonneau cover. sucks it took 2 days to get it done and John was real rude about. We scheduled early at 9:30 am . He asked my wife if we had bought th tonneau cover. sucks it took 2 days to get it done and John was real rude about. We scheduled early at 9:30 am . Service department left vehicle unlocked and windows down in back lot. The interior was covered in dust. Wanted to charge $1000 to tear Dow engine for diagnosis. Took to another Chevy dealer and it was a fue in back lot. The interior was covered in dust. Wanted to charge $1000 to tear Dow engine for diagnosis. We paid for a diagnostic and was told the fix would cost $500. Paide that and the engine light came on the same day. Take it back the next day and now it's something else for $2700. They did the same crap w $500. Paide that and the engine light came on the same day. Take it back the next day and now it's something else for $2700. They did the same crap when I took my Camaro in April. I paid two separate repairs because the first $600 didn't fix the noise then paid another $600. We have been taking our vehicles here for years and the service is just not what it use to be. Now we are getting a second quote for the work to be done. Gateway didn't even offer to credit the $500 for the repair that didn't fix it. More
