We had an appointment time and planned to wait for the vehicle, but we’re told by our service advisor that it would take about 3 hrs. Who wants to wait for 3 hrs for basic services? Ended up getting a ride and going home, but since we had asked on the phone ahead of time, assumed the wait time would be 90min max. Overall they did a good job and our service advisor was helpful. Just need give customers notice of anticipated wait times. More

Daniel was great.. But.. Daniel was my service guy and he was great. Who ever the lady is that is the main phone operator should be fired.
