The Service I recieved was fair.I thought it would be better I got an oil change, my tires rotated, and a car wash. Oil change went well but paperwork said you guys rotated my tired but did not. I only know because I believe I have to tires that have a air leaks and both tires were kept in the same spot because they still leak the same tires. Also I can visually see the same tires as they are a little discolored from the others. The service man asked if I wanted to throw in a free wash but I got my car back dirtier than from when I first arrived. More

Not coming back I went to have a noise checked in my brakes was told it’s normal to hear noises from brakes when it’s not. I read my owner’s manual and it stated the I went to have a noise checked in my brakes was told it’s normal to hear noises from brakes when it’s not. I read my owner’s manual and it stated the noise is a warning that the brakes are going out. I don’t believe the dealership actually drove my car to hear the noise I was talking about because my normal mechanic was able to hear the noise but supposedly the dealership couldn’t. Well you aren’t going to hear the noise when you drive with the ac at the highest setting. I’m not satisfied at all and I’m done coming to gateway in general because I’ve had nothing but bad service since getting my car. I will be going to another dealership from now on. More
