Took too long to fix ! The shop is very kind and polite. They did a fantastic job and my car looked brand new :) Only problem was, it took a entire month to fix and I had t The shop is very kind and polite. I guess they were having some internal problems within the body shop. I understand that but, problem was, I was using a rental and my time was just about up on it. Ended up with the body shop having to cover a extra day because my insurance was done paying. More

service finished in time When I arrived at my appointment for service, I was informed that the wait time was 2 hours. When I had scheduled the appointment, I had been told tha When I arrived at my appointment for service, I was informed that the wait time was 2 hours. When I had scheduled the appointment, I had been told that it would be an hour to an hour and a half, and selected a time that would allow for the max stated time of one and a half hours, while leaving time for me to commute to work afterwards. I expressed my concern about not being able to wait two hours as I had to get to work on time, and Daniel was able to get me and my vehicle out of there in the one and a half hour time span that was needed, for which I am very grateful. However, the prospect of possibly being late to work was rather stressful at the time, so I guess I would recommend more accuracy with the time estimates when initially scheduling service. Everything else was satisfactory. More
