I literally hate this place. I hate Gateway Chevrolet with every fiber of my being. Sales and Service are both horrible. On my last visit I brought my vehicle in for routine oil c I hate Gateway Chevrolet with every fiber of my being. Sales and Service are both horrible. On my last visit I brought my vehicle in for routine oil change and to have them service the malfunctioning back up camera. When I went to pick up my vehicle the "Service Rep" that my vehicle was assigned to had a line of about 5 people waiting to pick up their vehicles. The Service Reps in the offices on either side of him had no customers waiting. One of those Service Reps was sitting at the desk playing with his cell phone. When was my turn to see my Service Rep I asked him if it was against the rules or something for those other two Service Reps to come over and help him. My Service Rep said "no, it's not against the rules". Additionally their were at least 2 "managers" hanging out xxxxxxxxxxxx in front of the building seemingly oblivious to this growing line. A few days after my oil change the "change oil soon" alert started occurring in my vehicle. Apparently it was too much to expect them to have reset that at the time of the oil change. And the "fixed" malfunctioning back up camera now occasionally stays activated while the vehicle is in forward motion. And it prevents the use of the radio or any other touch screen function. Thanks Gateway that was a huge improvement (not). More
Great Customer Service Called in a day prior to schedule an oil change, they were able to add me in for the next day even though I called later in the day. My appointment wasn't until 12pm but I dropped it off early anyways before I went to work. I received a call within a couple hours that my vehicle was done with the oil change, inspection, and tire rotation and had been detailed. Also thought I was going to pay because I found a great coupon online for the 8 qt synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and inspection but when i arrived on the drive, the advisor let me know i had 3 free oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections on them. Score! More
Got it Fixed I had to get my windshield wiper pump fixed. Didn't know that with an extended warranty you have to take it to the dealer you bought it from or a deal I had to get my windshield wiper pump fixed. Didn't know that with an extended warranty you have to take it to the dealer you bought it from or a dealer that is 40 miles away. Even tho Gateway is farther than my dealer I go for service, Gateway fixed it within a few hours and I was back on the road again. Thank you Gateway More

Service department. I had a tire blowout in the freeway. Brought my truck in right away and John Sheldon took care of me right away. John is by far the best service advisor at Gateway. I will always take my Silverado to Gateway for all my servicing. I have never had a bad experience at Gateway. I contacted salesman Rafael who expertly walked me through the purchase of my new Corvette. My experience was great from John all the through to the nice lady who set up my window tint appointment.
