Issue with oil change warranty I went in for a basic oil change that should still be covered by GM “till 24k some miles” the service advisor said I typically would only be allowed o I went in for a basic oil change that should still be covered by GM “till 24k some miles” the service advisor said I typically would only be allowed one. Got my oil change was charged service advisor stated there were no more free oil changes once again. I called Chevy corporate and they checked only to tell me I should still have two oil changes for free, I reached out to jeremey left a voice mail and did not hear back. I hope someone can get back to me about getting a refund or something. More

Get your system correct My mother and I have two separate cars that we bring to this service center and yet you cannot seem to get our information correct. When I take my car My mother and I have two separate cars that we bring to this service center and yet you cannot seem to get our information correct. When I take my car in, it gets put under my mothers name (which you even mixed up our middle names) and when she takes her car in you have it under my name. I have spoken up about this issue several times and yet no one has taken any initiative to fix any of it. Only I purchased my car at this dealership, and every time we come in we put our correct information in but your system messes it up and it’s very annoying. If I didn’t have a warranty with this dealership I would take my car elsewhere. More
It was a technical issue that put me in panic So I just call and explain the issue to my dealer who told me to walk in without a scheduled appointment. Great Service, Great customer experience I brought my truck in for regular maintenance. My service writer Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. I waited in lobby while the work was gett I brought my truck in for regular maintenance. My service writer Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. I waited in lobby while the work was getting completed. Service was completed in the time it was quoted, and Paul brought my truck up front with the A/C running so I wouldn't have to get into a really hot truck. (It was north of 110* out that day). I would highly recommend the service department at Gateway Chevrolet. More
Service department The last two times I have taken my vehicle there for a SCHEDULED oil changed I have sat there for over two hours. I’m sorry but it only takes 30 minutes to hangs oil. If I would have known the service department was this slow I would have never spent the extra money for the VIP SERVICES. Also, this last time I had my car done they called me at 3:04 & left a 3 second king voice mail not saying any words. I called them back & never go a phone call back. Went & picked up my car & the guy tried telling me they called me at 250 and my voice mail was full.. nope. Not true. I hate using this place. More
