Needed an oil change and tire rotation done. I did have to come back because when the tire rotation was done I got a notice that my left front tire was low. I checked the tire and it was full. I I did have to come back because when the tire rotation was done I got a notice that my left front tire was low. I checked the tire and it was full. I guess when "they" rotated my tires not all of them were "set" to show tire pressure. Once I was back that problem was taken care of. Besides a slight "error" of not setting all the tires the job was done to my satisfaction. More

Great Customer Service on purchase of Luggage Carrier Because the cross bars on my 2018 Suburban would not accommodate mounting of my Rocketbox Car-top Luggage Carrier, I had to purchase a new one. I checked with GM about using my Loyalty Points and got vouchers to use to discount the significant price of a new one. I called Jesse in Parts and he found the carrier that would fit the Suburban. Miguel in Service coordinated the installation, and John in Service installed it and showed me how to put it on and take it off.
