very dissapointed I called prior to going to the dealership to get an oil change. I asked if my warranty covered my oil change on my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Lady on the p I called prior to going to the dealership to get an oil change. I asked if my warranty covered my oil change on my 2019 Chevy Silverado. Lady on the phone said my oil change was covered. I went to pick up my vehicle and was being charged $80 plus for my oil change. I understand that I need to pay for a service, but that is the reason why I called prior to going. Otherwise, I could have gotten my oil change elsewhere where it’s a faster service. It wasn’t Johns fault, but I was very dissapointed for being misinformed More

2 visits, 2 disappointing outcomes I first came in after purchasing my used vehicle to install my window tint. It seemed like they forgot about me since it took 5.5 hours of me waiting I first came in after purchasing my used vehicle to install my window tint. It seemed like they forgot about me since it took 5.5 hours of me waiting for it to be completed when I was originally told it would be no more than 2 hours. Then I came in for my first certified preowned oil change with an appointment and let me advisor know I was waiting for it. 2 hours later I ask for an update and hear nothing. Car wasn’t done until 3 hours after drop off. I have work at a service center before and 3 hours for an oil change with tire rotation is unacceptable. I will not be back for my 2nd free oil change. More

Poor customer service I was advised of an hour wait time. Took 3 1/2hrs to fix. I had made plans that I had to cancel. No one checked on me or gave me any updates. Found ou I was advised of an hour wait time. Took 3 1/2hrs to fix. I had made plans that I had to cancel. No one checked on me or gave me any updates. Found out that it was going to take longer once I asked for an eta. A courtesy, “sir, we apologize for the delay. We are looking at 3 hrs wait time” or a “sir, would you like some water while you wait”, would have been awesome. Definitely looking at other options for service and future vehicle purchases. More

Warning light and oil change Service was done well but did have to leave the vehicle all day. Wasn't done until right before closing. Review of work done my 2018 Malibu Robert did a great job in trying to find the problem to car. Unfortunately it is an intermittent thing and didn't act up while in his care.
