They dont care about the customer At this dealer they just want your money they dont care about treating you right from beginning to end of the time you are there, 0 customer service, At this dealer they just want your money they dont care about treating you right from beginning to end of the time you are there, 0 customer service, there is no greeting or have a nice day. when you are treated right that makes you want to come back. sadly Im stuck going there because of my warranty being from there. If not Id rather go other places where they do treat you right and you can tell they want to keep your business the right way by treating you like family. I dont think its employees fault, it comes from the training they get from the company. I dont write this to be picky but for some changes to be made for the better, that way people will be glad to go to this business.The wait times are way too long with or without an appointment so be prepared for this to be your only stop if waiting for your vehicle there. More

Forgotten After being told to wait in the lobby while they checked out my transmission, I remained in the lobby for 4 hours. Admittedly, I should have asked what was going on, I was trying to be patient, knowing that it would take time. I also stayed because Chevrolet won’t give you a rental car unless they’ve had touncar for 24 hours. So I waited to see what the diagnosis was going to be. So, after I saw the receptionist leaving for the day, I decided to go see what the verdict was. I couldn’t find my serviceman. So I asked another one. He told me that my service man had left for the day over an hour ago. I was furious. I had to get my car back, and then make another appointment. After I reamed the manager they finally agreed to give me a rental car. Ridiculous. More

Simple Oil Change We bought the lifetime oil change/tire rotation package. This is the 11 oil change we have brought the car in for and EVERY single appointment has bee We bought the lifetime oil change/tire rotation package. This is the 11 oil change we have brought the car in for and EVERY single appointment has been screwed up one way or another. We had to recently purchase a new set of tires for the car and I fully believe because the tires were never rotated when requested. Several times I had to take the car BACK because the paperwork said they couldn't find the key to the tire locks. This time my daughter brought in and after close to 2-1/2 hrs I called and asked why the car wasn't done -- 2 minutes later someone came out and said the car was done. My guess is the car sat and no one let her know. In addition, one of the caps to the wheels was missing -- seriously how hard is an oil change - can we get the car back just ONCE with the service being done correctly. We ended up pulling a cap off of a spare tire we had at home -- doesn't completely match but at least it is not missing!! I would NEVER trust this service center for anything and am trying to see if I can transfer my lifetime oil package to another Chevy dealer. More
