Brought my truck in as usual for the oil change been bringing it in since I purchased it, had a new service provider from the last few times and feel the history wasn’t checked and talked to like I don’ bringing it in since I purchased it, had a new service provider from the last few times and feel the history wasn’t checked and talked to like I don’t know what I need but he was nice about it lol, was given the opportunity to do the $179 plan to have the oil and tire rotation done. Nobody goes above and beyond. They don’t care about other issues than what the initial complaint was. If they see something else, they joust don’t tell you. They don’t say anything about the rear main seal leaking. They test drive the unit and never checked the oil level. I got it back and when oil was added it came right out of the rear main seal and on the to the ground. Took it back and had to pay again for the transmission to be dropped. They fix the rear main seal, am told it’s done and go to pick it up. Their tech notes the new transmission has leaks. Nobody cared to say anything, nor to fix it while it was down, I had to read it on the invoice and have to fight for them to get it fixed, now having to have the transmission dropped and paid for a 3rd time. I have now been without my truck for over 3 months. There is no sense of urgency or concern, just stick you with as many invoices as possible and as little repaired as possible. You would think after so many misses they would want to take care of you and squeeze it back in, but nope. Just get told they only have one transmission tech and am back at the back of the line. Terrible concept of service business. More
