Had a great time at the dealership. Chuck is a great down to earth salesman. Kap is the closer and he is fun to work with (beatup!) LOL Bought a 2006 Mustang GT. Went in looking for a new Optima SX. I had been communicating with Tommy via email prior to coming in. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and Tommy and I spoke more about what I was looking for. communicating with Tommy via email prior to coming in. He explained everything in the car (way more than another dealership I visited) and had a good test drive. After getting back we spoke about price. After a little while we weren't able to make a deal, but I was given many options to consider. I could tell they were trying to make the numbers work, but it was just a little out of my price range. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend the dealership for someone looking for a Kia. More
