Buyer beware of Gateway Kia I'm currently shopping for a used SUV and test drove a 2008 Toyota RAV4 at Gateway Kia the other day. Pretty good exterior condition and low miles, I'm currently shopping for a used SUV and test drove a 2008 Toyota RAV4 at Gateway Kia the other day. Pretty good exterior condition and low miles, so I was encouraged. But after reading the Carfax and seeing that the vehicle was on the lot for a long time, I decided to take it to a mechanic for a quick inspection before making the purchase. What the mechanic told me was appalling. The vehicle would not only have failed a PA inspection, but was unsafe to drive due to issues with both front lower ball joints. It's bad enough for a consumer to worry about being financially duped by used car dealers - but to sell an unsafe vehicle that wouldn't even pass an inspection is reprehensible. Just imagine how many vehicles they've sold to unsuspecting customers with similar issues. Thank goodness I took it to the mechanic before I bought it. I wouldn't recommend Gateway Kia for anything based on my experience. More
Talk about a run around. First let me say we have bought 6 or 7 cars from these guys over the last 8 years. The last car my son bought at another dealer 3 1/2 months ago. He sent his paperwork in to get reimbursed for gap. We have tried and tried to get answers. First there was James. He said it is being processed. He then refused to answer ever. Then when j threatened tk review and call him out it was all Stephen handling it. He replied and right away over 2 weeks ago said check was being cut that day, signed and mailed. Fast forward 2 more weeks and my son stopped in to find out what was going on. Now they are waiting for the check to be cut and it is out of his hands even though 2 weeks ago if was cut. I would avoid this place like the plague now. They were great wheeb we bought cars from them constantly. Buy one somewhere else and you are crap to them. They don't care at all. I guess next stop is court. Lies on top of lies from this place. More
Bought a mini van at the end of July and two days later I find out from my mechanic it’s throwing almost 12 voltage faults for low voltage because it had the wrong battery in it. Had to replace the battery so I called about a refund, you know because they sold us a car with the wrong battery in it. I must have called 10 times in 3 months and Mike the service manager kept putting me off. I don’t know why it’s so hard to refund $136. The air intake also had a chunk of paper towel in it so I have to wonder how much their mechanic checks over used vehicles. We drove about an hour and a half to get there and they expected me to take the car back for them to check things out for themselves. So if you live a distance away just keep that in mind More

All you are to this dealership is a person that purchased a car. They will treat you nice as soon as you walk in to make a deal after the deal is done you are nothing. After many times trying to fix the car its still no good. FROM THE OWNER ALL THE WAY DOWN THE LINE NO ONE CARES. I keep being told Thats what your warranty is for they just treat you like garbage. Its a shame that as a loyal customer they would treat you the way they do. NO ONE CARES i must say that mike and Tatiana are great but i know their hands are tied from manager and owner. They gave me my car back and it does not work. tried to explain to them. They just mush me away and told me the ticket is closed and i should just find a lawyer to handle the problem. Our plan was to visit several makes and models but when we went to Kia in Quakertown we were met by a very pleasant patient salesman. We told him our needs and, well to make a long story short we drove home in a Sportage. The salesperson was Minh Luong and when I say patient, I mean patient. I am not familair with all the bells and whistles, he went over them with me and we returned today to get another lesson on the buttons, etc. We were even told to come back as often as needed to feel comfortable with everything. Ask for Minh when you stop in to purchase your new Kia More

After going to several dealerships and getting turned down I lost all hope. Have a 2013 Kia soul and wanted something more new. I went their and left with a 2019 Kia soul. I was greeted at the door by Luis and right from the start he treated me like I was part of his family. He heard my concerns and worked with Michael the sales manager. These two guys were a god sent Luis and Michael worked together like I was their brother. Not only did they give me a great price on my trade in but got me Into a 2019 Kia soul at a great price with a great monthly payment. Thank you guys for everything I love my new car. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone that's tired of the xx of other dealerships. Please listen to me I don't give anybody reviews but these guys really deserve it. Dont buy a new car from them!
