What we didn’t expect was our experience with the Gateway staff. They were unlike any other car dealership we’ve every met. I found the car on their website and called for an appointment. That’s how we met Crystal Collins which was the best thing that could have happened to us. She is a delight to deal with. When we got there she had the car all ready for a test drive but before we went out she went over the entire car with us and explained all the features inside and out. After the test drive we of course were sold and went in to meet Wendy Schiavone and Drew Hasenkopf. They were also very knowledgable and friendly and completed the sale of the car. We are very happy with our new Subaru and wish everyone could experience buying a car from Crystal and dealing with any of the staff at Gateway. More
