I got a good deal on the prices of the car and Jay was a real professional in his dealings with me. I did not have to do haggling to get a good price on the new lease and also on my trade in. I had done my homework before I visited the dealership and found Jay and his manager quite receptive to what I needed in terms of the features in the car. They were able to get the car in the color that my wife needed from another dealership within a couple of days of my visiting Gateway Toyota. The dealership did not try to sell me any add-on features which I did not want. It was a very low pressure environment. On the day we took the delivery of the car, Jay went over the features of the car with my wife. Overall it was a great experience. I would strongly recommend the dealership to any potential customer. I did a little bit of research for price and financing. I walked into the dealership at 1 PM. I met Gary told him the one and only car I wanted and we took it for a drive. On the drive I told Gary what I wanted my figures to be. I felt like I knew Gary for 25 years we got back to the shop and talked. I was back in my driveway with my new car at 4 PM. I paid my price my down payment and my monthly payment. My wife and i couldn't be happier and we think k the car is gorgeous. More
