I don't have an issue with the dealership. The wait time for my service was extremely long.....over 2 and half hours for an initial oil change and inspection. We pay pretty good money for these vehicles....thats our choice, but if this is what I have to look forward to, I think I'll just go somewhere else. More

Same old story. Back and forth between salespeople and Manager behind a glass enclosed room . After the agreed price there are all these bogus additional charges. Second they short you on the value of your trade in. Once you cave from the pressure you go to the accountant office where more pressure sales are coming for all kinds of warranty extras. If they make a reliable vehicle why do they need to sale extended expenses warranty? Try something new, be honest and fair from the start. Offer the best price from the beginning, provide a good warranty, and honor the real value for a trade in. Gay Buick is just another car dealership like the millions elsewhere. More

The service advisor is very rude in my opinion. He doesn’t even get up and come out to your car. Tells me I couldn’t prove anything he said. The service manager doesn’t return call says he busy wor He doesn’t even get up and come out to your car. Tells me I couldn’t prove anything he said. The service manager doesn’t return call says he busy working in shop, but always clean so guess he keeps clean. Changed the oil for the recall putting heavy oil to make it last longer because bad tolerances where was off so there answer is to put heavy oil in it. My opinion is this is a good dealer just with a few bad employees who don’t like doing there jobs. This service manager asked if they had my key and I said yes so he tell me I can leave. I asked for copy of the paper work they requested I sign I was inform that they didn’t give it till I came and pick up the car. But part of the paper work was for the condition of the car when it was drop off well they didn’t even walk out and look at the car. They change the oil and didn’t re set the oil indicated to 100 % left it at 31 % but this service manger said he checked everything. Well that not true !!! Use you on judgement with the bad employees who work he and do sign anything with out getting a copy of what you signed. For a service advisor to say I could not prove anything I would be careful dealing with him or just record him with your phone with I told him and he tell me I could not do that. All phone call so just use your judgement on this advisor. Anyone that say you can’t prove he said or did anything. Oh the service manager say all his review are good. So if you have bad service write a review about it so the general manager and owner will know about it . More
