Sales was great experience. Service has been not so good. Brought in for 1st oil change and tire rotation on 9/18. Noticed upon leaving that tire on rear driver’s side was same Service has been not so good. Brought in for 1st oil change and tire rotation on 9/18. Noticed upon leaving that tire on rear driver’s side was same tire as when brought in. Vehicle taken to back only rotation done was on drivers side front to back. Passenger side not addressed. Not sure if oil change was even done since shortly after car notified me that oil change is due. Don’t believe the “15Point” inspection was done since my add wiper fluid notice was still on after visit too. Also asked to have air pressure checked, that was not done either. So I don’t believe anything was done even though I was told it was and given receipt stating so. This is not the way to start a good working relationship. Very disappointing! Had high expectations! More
