Service department lacks competence and integrity. I was told a service was completed that involved removing a broken piece of my hair clip from the gear xxxx. My hair clip showed no evidence of being broke told a service was completed that involved removing a broken piece of my hair clip from the gear xxxx. My hair clip showed no evidence of being broken. The leather that surrounds the gear shift was not torn or showed any evidence of a peice of my hair clip needing to be removed. Of course this service was not covered under my warranty so I was told I would be charged. They backed of when I asked to see my hair clip which again was NOT broken. They also were not able to supply me with a loner car. I had to rent a car for a week because they were unable to tell me when they would have a loner available and how long the service would take. I would expect a record of when a loner car would be available at the very least. I also asked for my key fob to be reprogrammed and was told it would not be able to. This key fob was 1 of 2 fobs i received when i purchased my new Kia at Gay Family Kia in 2018. My purse was stolen 1 yr ago and had my key with my wallet in it, so I had my spare key reprogrammed. I was able to retrieve my stolen purse so I asked for the fob that was in my stolen purse to be reprogrammed and Roy in Service told me it couldn't be done. Why were they able to do one a yr ago but not the other one now? I would have to spend 300 to purchase a new fob instead of 75 to reprogram. I purchase new, not used vehicles to avoid out of pocket expenses. My previous new vehicles were purchased at Ron Carter Cadillac. They were always able to give me a loner car and replaced my fob at no charge. This was my first purchase at Gay Family Kia and will be my last. I was also looking to buy my son a vehicle. I will now be trading my car in and buying 2 new vehicles elsewhere. I am trading in my car because I still have 8 yrs of warrenty left on this car and refuse to do business with Gay Family Kia. I couldn't help but think that maybe I was treated that way because I'm a female. Well this female is smart enough to know when she is being taken advantage of, and will NOT stand for being lied to and mistreated. EVERYONE deserves equal and fair service. I truly hope this review helps Gay Family Kia deliver better service to ALL of their clients. God Bless! More

I drive by other dealers including another KIA dealer to get to Gay Family Kia for service. They are great and have resolved problems that the other dealer couldn’t or wouldn’t. Everyone in Service was frie get to Gay Family Kia for service. They are great and have resolved problems that the other dealer couldn’t or wouldn’t. Everyone in Service was friendly and helpful. My service writer was Kevin and the manager wS Brad. I will look here first to buy my next KIA. More

Nothing as promised After a three week advanced appointment for a 2 hour estimated repair turned into over 5 hours of waiting and a 2.5 hour wait on a promised shuttle t After a three week advanced appointment for a 2 hour estimated repair turned into over 5 hours of waiting and a 2.5 hour wait on a promised shuttle to the shopping center just 2 miles away. So we declined when told it would be another hour til car was done ...2.5 hours later we're told only 15 minutes more....OMG this is the worst expierence ever...empty coffee pot, no snacks and waiting for people to go and get back from lunch had to reschedule our lunch plans and work day ...just very frustrating when people don't do as promised or respect your time...I'll find another Kia dealer to get my business. More
