Buyer Beware! I purchased a used BMW and was offered a maintenance contract costing over $2700 and signed a contract without thoroughly reading the details. BMW/Gebhardt sells their contracts with a no refund clause. I found out when I sold my BMW and tried to get a refund, they said no, it is your fault. I agree that I failed myself by trusting their staff and signing the contract without clearly reading the entire contract! Don't make the two mistakes I made: 1. Don't trust anyone at this dealership. 2. Read everything thoroughly and ask questions, and if you feel pressure leave, because they don't deserve your business. More
