I’m new to the BMW world. Michael was extremely helpful and made me very comfortable. My 330ci was in for a airbag recall. The reason I only gave it three stars was because the ability for me to contact someone to find out what was going on with my car was extremely disappointing, One day I started calling at nine in the morning. Never got a return call till three or four in the afternoon. And only then after I called my sales rep to intervene. I even tried the online chat two times with no success. Although this is not related to Gebhardt, I thought I would take this opportunity to make a few comments about the car. I love the looks of the car inside and out, the performance and the gas mileage. Very disappointing the car had a major break down in the first month and a lot of the automated convenience. Features are driving me crazy. I have most of them turned off. I am hoping that the future releases of the software will correct many of the issues. More
