My husband and I went to Gem Mazda to seek out any good used cars. Our price range was low, around $5000, and we went in to see if they had any cars that fit that description (below $5000, good condition, used cars. Our price range was low, around $5000, and we went in to see if they had any cars that fit that description (below $5000, good condition, normal mileage, stick shift, approximately $175 per month in car payment). The salespeople were rude and tried to talk us into getting a new car because it would be a better use of our money. After speaking with the manager, who laughed when we told him our price range, he proceeded to tell us we would NEVER find a car that fit that description at his dealer let alone anywhere in Tallahassee. We told him that was not true - we had already seen a couple. He told us he would show us some cars around our monthly range and then gave us the numbers for cars that were around $275-$300 per month. The staff DO NOT listen to customers and Gem Mazda will NEVER get our business. More
