The salespeople here took advantage of the trust I had built up with Holler Hyundai. I had purchased my two previous cars at Holler Hyundai with the help of Jose. I texted Jose because I needed a new car built up with Holler Hyundai. I had purchased my two previous cars at Holler Hyundai with the help of Jose. I texted Jose because I needed a new car after mine was totaled in a rear-end collision. Jose responded and urged me to come in. Happened to be that he had quit a few months before and the person texting with me was a random salesperson (who claimed to be Jose in the text). This should have been my giant red flag to turn away but I was naive. The salesperson and the sales manager lied directly to me when I asked if the 7500 rebate for the lease was applied ot the sale and they said it was (the female salesperson that I had spoken to after fake Jose was new and didn't know anything/was wrong that it would be applied after). I leased a gv60 which is 53k MSPR. With the 7500 the fake Jose and sales manager said was included in the sticker price, the value for the car was 49k. Not sure where that money went. I didn't even consider they would lie directly like that. So want everyone to know that salesmen here straight out lie. Oh and I also want the management here to know, I have all my conversations saved with fake Jose. So whatever bullthsit you want to spin about the price, your staff lied from the first moment. More

Service department was very unprofessional. I also has a representative Moises who is supposed to be the Genesis representative of north orlando. He ignored my calls and text and after speaking with the general manager he then called me for 1 sec and actually he carried on about being busy and attending to other customers. The last time I checked I was also a customer. He should not and repeat SHOULD not be in that position. He has no customer service experience. He totally ignored me. More

Purchased a GV80. 6 weeks ago. Defective brakes. They attempted to fix and weren’t successful. They are trying again and hope they will be fixed. Purchased window tint 6 weeks ago. Defective brakes.
