The concierge service provided by Genesis North Orlando is excellent. Yandel was on top of things with timely communication and follow up as to the service process for my GV80. Dissapointed of being waiting for a part during 6 weeks because was out of stock. Purchased a new car to do Not deal with car issues and since the first weeks starting problems. Took my car in for an appointment I had due to a recall. Decided to go ahead have my tires rotated while I was there. They said I needed oil change so said go ahead. The Oil change took over 2 1/2 hrs to do even though I had an appointment. This is the 2nd time that it has happened to me. Tyler Wilkerson was my service rep and he gave me the best service I've ever been given at a dealership.
