Had an alignment problem with the car from new. The dealership does not have the ability to do alignments so would have to farmed out. Was told they also don't have the specs for s 2025 yet so had The dealership does not have the ability to do alignments so would have to farmed out. Oh, and the specs used was for a '22-'24, so they had the specs all along. Just didn't want to accept the job and have to do it under warranty. More

The computer screen on our new 2025 GV 70 would go dark for 20 to 30 seconds at totally random times. The car has less than 6000 miles and we needed it fixed. We were told it couldn't be fixed unless it ha for 20 to 30 seconds at totally random times. The car has less than 6000 miles and we needed it fixed. We were told it couldn't be fixed unless it happened while it was there in the shop. Again, it was completely random. So how was it going to be diagnosed if someone happened to be looking? Was diagnostic equipment going to be hooked up? NOPE. I guess they had to verify we were telling the truth. Fortunately, it happened during the service. Additionally, there was a tire low air alarm on the dash when I left. I had to service all 4 tires when I got home. Further, the oil was overfilled and there was not any antifreeze in the overflow tank. I was really hoping for a quality experience comparable to what I would get from Lexus or Acura. I shouldn't have to come home and follow up behind the mechanic. Please up your game. More
