Genesis of Kansas City is the most professional, competent, reliable and trustworthy dealership I can imagine. I will have to admit that I was a difficult customer for them, because I not only bough competent, reliable and trustworthy dealership I can imagine. I will have to admit that I was a difficult customer for them, because I not only bought a cpo vehicle from them but also sold it back to them within the 3-day window. The car was excellent and in fantastic shape, but I changed my mind for reasons I won’t go into here. Mustapha, Del, Cecil, Nikki, and especially Les were an absolute pleasure to deal with, entirely professional, organizing the sale, documents, and transport to perfection.
