I just took my Rogue into Hoffman’s for its 40,000 mile service, the first time since I bought it back in January. It was very easy to get an appointment for the time I wanted/needed, Upon arrival, I was i service, the first time since I bought it back in January. It was very easy to get an appointment for the time I wanted/needed, Upon arrival, I was immediately checked in, and the entire servicing was done in less than an hour. Andrew was the technician who followed the progress and kept me updated. He was very professional and friendly. As questions arose, he was great at explaining test results and giving me options and priorities for current as well as future work. I could not be more pleased with my first experiences with Hoffman Nissan in West Simsbury CT. More

Second time bringing my car to this dealership for service. Employees are very polite and helpful. After I am in the waiting room for not long at all, I receive a video from the assigned technician service. Employees are very polite and helpful. After I am in the waiting room for not long at all, I receive a video from the assigned technician showing my vehicle and commenting on what he did and what he found that may be something needed in the near future. I find that video to be very helpful. I also like that I come out to a complimentary washed vehicle. I will continue to use Hoffman Nissan for my vehicles needed maintenance. More
