We were told to ask for Travis and we were so glad that we did. He made us feel comfortable and wasn't pushy. He answered all of our questions and even made our 2 daughters feel welcomed. We ended up purchasing a QX60 and we absolutely love it! The experience was pleasant and we got our car that day. Danielle took the time to sit with me and go over all of the cars features and to answer all of my questions. I was most impressed with the fact that they were closing up to head over to the company holiday party and as her co-workers walked by in the parking lot, she still asked me if I had any other questions. At no point did I fell rushed and I am sure she wanted to get out of there too. The professionalism of the staff was definitely noticed and appreciated. Aside from another minor issue that Travis took care of, we are extremely pleased with the calm and professional demeanor that Travis has.
