I made an appt for my car a few months back to check my sunroof on my 2023 GV80. I dropped off the car and picked up the next day. Seemed to be ok I had to return this week for a recall which I was told "w sunroof on my 2023 GV80. I dropped off the car and picked up the next day. Seemed to be ok I had to return this week for a recall which I was told "we have that part in stock. I asked for a loaner car because I couldn't wait due to an appt in that day. I drive an hour to get there. I got there in time and had to wait over an hour for a loaner. I missed my appt. When I returned the next morning on time to retrieve my vehicle I was told that a bolt was tightened but the part was not replaced. I'm not sure why I was told you were replacing it only to find out a bolt was tightened I came home and the next day we received a large amount of rain and when o got into my car the sunroof was leaking again so the initial problem was never rectified either. To say the lease I'm not happy that I drove over an hr because u like to be loyal but I just don't see myself doing that anymore. . More
