Charlie Sutton did a great job. He stayed past 9:00pm with us on a Saturday night to go over the cars with us and answer any questions that we had. We purchased a 2012 Tucson & Charlie Sutton was our salesman. I must say that this was the best, by far, of any experience I have had purchasing a vehicle, new or used. I told him what was important to me on the vehicle and he had one for me with a few little extra details. Main thing, it DIDN'T have leather seats, which I DID NOT WANT. Our Santa Fe had them & I never did like them. All personnel at Mungenast were very friendly & one salesman even got water for our dog, who happened to be with us at the time. My family stopped in at this dealership just for a quick look at the new Sonata where we met Greg Kuhn. We did not buy a car this day because we were short on time. Greg kept in touch with me for the next 2 weeks giving me updates on their inventory. We knew what car we wanted color options and everything. When 1 hit the lot Greg called me to let me know the was 1 there and they had been selling as quick as they got them in. I headed over to meet with Greg and proceed with the deal. I was very pleased with the trade value that Munganest gave me for my vehicle. The whole process went very smoothly from start to finish. Greg did an excellent job taking the time to explain all the options on the vehicle to my wife and making sure she knew how to use every function on the car before we left that day. Right down to sinking the car and her phone together and setting up the all the link up options as well. As a result of extensive hail damage which occurred to my Mazda 3, the purchase of a new vehicle unfortunately moved to the top of my priority list. I was leaning toward a Hyundai and because of the positive experiences with Dave Mungenast that my mother had spoken about over the years they were my dealer of choice. Although car buying has never been high on my "like" list, my experience at this dealership was wonderful. From my initial salesman, Tony Lowther, to the sales manager, Eric Krumm, and finally Todd Hale in finance, I felt my business was valued. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly without being pushy and took their time to make sure I was satisfied.
