The Napleton Team is the best!!! We had gone to another dealer that morning and they were quite snooty and their lot was empty. In January of 2020 I experienced the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. Beware of their Yo Yo financing trick. Once you leave they will call you within two weeks asking you to come back in have ever had with a dealership. Beware of their Yo Yo financing trick. Once you leave they will call you within two weeks asking you to come back in to sign some more paperwork. Once you go back they then will hit you with an increased interest rate. Don't fall for this trick. Take a picture of everything you sign immediately after you sign it. This is a very untrustworthy dealership to work with. More
