Service Department ROCKS! I was greeted by my Service Advisor Jesse, he was wonderful! He greeted me & checked out my car, 2018 GMC Terrain, lights & stuff. even during this C I was greeted by my Service Advisor Jesse, he was wonderful! He greeted me & checked out my car, 2018 GMC Terrain, lights & stuff. even during this COVID 19 time he made me smile & laugh through our masks. He explained that having a GMC I needed Dextron (?) oil which is more expensive. Which I already knew but it was good he told me., someone else may have gotten sticker shock. When the mechanics were finished he found me & went over the checklist to let me know the didn't find anything that needed to be fixed. then he brought my paperwork & keys to the cashier. She was also very friendly & courteous. I paid less here than at a quick oil change place. He even set up my next oil change which I need because I'll forget until its overdue. Thanks, Jesse & Napleton. I'll tell others to come here for their service. More

Khaled was absolutely awesome! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I test drove multiple different cars, had a million questio buying a car from a dealership and I was a little nervous and didn’t know what to expect. I test drove multiple different cars, had a million questions and was there for about 5 hours, but he was so patient and nice. I definitely felt comfortable buying from Hyundai. One of the stops I made that day was to the Saint Charles Hyundai, and as soon as I walked in I walked out because of how rude everybody was and they didn’t seem to care about me, they just wanted my money for a car, But everyone at Napleton hyundai was super nice, friendly and professional.
