We started an on-line search for our new car (Hyundai Palisade) about a month ago. We liked the comments and business posture of NApleton Hyundai , and visited them to see the Palisade. Our sales person, Khaled, was friendly and professional. He went over the features of the car and was very knowledgeable regarding every aspect of the car. We felt the pace of the transaction was comfortable, and we never felt pressured at any time. The dealership handled the transaction fairly regarding our trade, and provided us with the financing that we were seeking. the sales team (Khaled), and the finance person (I think his name was Kyle) did an outstanding job. The car was delivered as promised, and in gleaming condition. Khaled spent a lot of time going over the set up of all of the many settings available on the vehicle. We are older folks, so it took some time to get us up to speed on everything. Khaled never rushed us, and we felt we knew enough to give us the basics of operation. We are still learning things about the many of features, but Wendy gave us a good foundation. I would certainly recommend both Khaled, and Napleton Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I had previously gone to other dealerships with no luck in finding a vehicle or a salesperson who would take the time to seriously try and find something, I was thrown ridiculously high numbers for vehicles much older with much less “upgrades”. I am thoroughly enjoying my recent purchase and will be taking it on many vacation trips this summer! I was looking for a trim level of a 2017 Sonata that no other local dealership had on their lot. Further, no one was willing to help me find it. Then I called Napleton Hyundai. Khaled answered the phone an other local dealership had on their lot. Further, no one was willing to help me find it. Then I called Napleton Hyundai. Khaled answered the phone and immediately said that if they didn't have the car that I wanted on their lot, he would do anything in his power to find it and bring it to Napleton. I was skeptical, but sure enough, a day later, Khaled called me and said he found the exact car I was looking for in another state and that he would send someone to pick it up and bring it to Napleton Hyundai. I'm sure it was no easy feat on his end, but he made it sound like it was no trouble at all. I've never encountered anyone in sales who has been willing to go to such great lengths for a customer. Khaled was happy to go the extra mile, or 200 as this case may be, to get the car I wanted. He was kind, easy-going, and knowledgable. If anyone I know needs a car in the future, I will most definitely have them call Khaled. He is a valuable asset to Napleton Hyundai and made the hour drive to get there well worth it.
