Buyer Beware ... After going to this dealership for a used car that I saw on line for 22k, thinking that was a pretty good deal for that vehicle. First they starte ... First they started that car dealer crap with offering 4k on a 22k car plus taxes shouldn't be that much (mind you I have good credit) they came back at $699 a month. LOL now I have a new sports car and that didn't even cost me that much. Then they came back after pulling that typical car salesman stuff , with $379 boy what a difference. But after adding on all there fees like reconditioning, prep fees etc car came out to 30k. REALLY. Should have just been taxes and tags. Anyway the deal wasn't able to be done. Just a shady company. After presenting a printed add to the salesman - clearly listing the price -- on a car we were considering for purchase, we were allowed to test drive( with the low fuel light flashing) and evaluate the car, which we did then decide to purchase. At the final pricing, we were presented with an out-of-the-blue mandatory inclusion of what ironically is called the "Napleton Experience", a $1600 package of worthless to questionable benefits that had to be purchased with the car. The sales Manager, Todd, only defense was -- "all other dealers do this kind of thing" and "didn't you see the fine print" on our website? But he was quick to discount the worthless package to $899, btw the price that was listed on a table tent card on the salesman's desk. SO bottom line, when you have to resort to hidden fees and deceptive practices to sell cars, its a sad day for consumers. A total waste of 2 hours of our time. My advice is to avoid the total Napleton Experience. More
Confusion with the purchase of a new car. I bought a 2019 Sonata. I was told we would schedule everything before i left. Not to mention they didnt clean the car nor did it get washed im really disapponted to be honest. More

Kacy listened to what I wanted, and explained in detail all the options and help they could do for me. Napleton Hyundai is very competitive amoung the other dealerships there, but very professional and thorough. More

It’s like a game of battleship in which you try to walk a car lot without being tackled by 6-7 salesman all vying for the same sale. It’s a battle of brawn and wits as you literally try to avoid the car talk and sales hustle. However, I can attest that Calvin made it fun and allowed us to look at multiple cars without any gimmicks, sales jargon, or high pressure sales. Factual information about the cars features and safety. SO APPRECIATED THAT REFRESHING APPROACH!!! He was conscientious, professional, and incredibly courteous. He allowed us to look at multiple cars before we settled on the one that best fit our needs. He was very gracious as we asked multiple questions. Even after the sale he stayed late to make sure we we were satisfied with our purchase. He truly went above and beyond making the painful process of buying a car as painless as possible. We highly recommend Calvin’s sincere approach and his no pressure demeanor. We will without a doubt look him up again when we buy our next vehicle. Seriously, he is a nice guy to work with and I highly recommend him if looking for a car. More
