BEWARE of Ed Napleton Hyundai DEALERSHIP!!! I engaged Napleton Hyundai to purchase Pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler on 6/6/2019. I came to a signed price agreement with Kacy Cho (Salesman) and his s I engaged Napleton Hyundai to purchase Pre-owned 2018 Jeep Wrangler on 6/6/2019. I came to a signed price agreement with Kacy Cho (Salesman) and his sales manager. I gave Mr. Cho a deposit check for $1,000 and agreed to return the next afternoon 6/7/2019 to pick-up Jeep and sign finance paperwork. Mr. Cho called me at 3:14pm on 5/7/2019 to tell me jeep was ready and it would be parked in front of dealer when I arrived to pick-up. Upon arriving at the dealer they informed me there was a mistake and another person had already had a deposit on jeep and that my deal was void. I had already obtained Insurance, listed and had buyer for car that it replaced and organized the 45 minute drive to dealer with my wife to pick-up jeep. The dealer had already run my credit twice and had signed off on sales price agreement. This was the most unprofessional and unethical business deal I have ever been involved with. The sales managers were unapologetic and down right rude acting like this was no big deal. I believe this dealer took advantage of a better offer and voided my agreement with malice intent. More
