Everyone we encountered during the service of our Tuscon was amazing! I was unable to get my vehicle in to service shops near me, but Napleton had availability that same week! Jim Twinning was very helpful, knowledgeable and had great communication throughout the entire process. He made sure to check our warranty and found out our vehicle met the warranty coverage requirements. He then made sure to book us a rental car near our home so we weren't stranded for 2 weeks. After the work was completed on our vehicle, the rental car company tried charging us out of pocket. The Service Manager, Jesse, immediately handled the situation for us. We appreciate the pleasant experience we had from start to finish, at Napleton. We live closer to 2 other Hyundai service shops, but from here on out, we plan to drive the 30miles to have our vehicles serviced at Napleton. A+ Customer Service! More
