As of Sept. 2024 it now takes over 9 weeks to get a service appointment. My first appointment for my GV60 took nearly 6 weeks, the second took 7 weeks. Now 9 we 2024 it now takes over 9 weeks to get a service appointment. My first appointment for my GV60 took nearly 6 weeks, the second took 7 weeks. Now 9 weeks and all for the same issue. However, it takes several calls to make the appointment. They have two services advisors, no shuttle and no loaners. They provide a Lyft ride to work or home - one way. Yes, you're on your own to get back to pickup your vehicle. Steering wheel vibration has always been present between 70-75 mph. After balancing and tire rotation, KM Genesis said that was a normal characteristic of the car itself. Right. I continue to have home charging (level 2) issues as the car simply stops charging after a few hours. Genesis closed the other 2 dealers in San Diego county, so KM is it. I'm done with this car and cutting bait. More
