My car was cleaned and detailed, pulled around to the front and then a great review of all the technology in the car was given to me. Out of the gate, the Genesis price is competitive with standard, less-featured models from other manufacturers. Those same competitors must tack on costly add-ons to even come close to matching what’s standard on my G70. Beyond the technology and mechanical features, I found no other luxury sedan (I considered seven others) that came close to Genesis's maintenance package and warranty. After comparing other purchase options, Genesis was clearly my first choice. From the moment I contacted Genesis of Kennesaw, I was impressed by their salesmanship, courtesy, patience, and product knowledge. My salesman, Davien Witherspoon, was affable and friendly. He was never pushy. He patiently listened as I laid out my concerns and buying strategy on Friday afternoon, then presented options to consider. That evening, his sales manager called with an additional option that caught my attention. Saturday morning, I arrived at Genesis of Kennesaw with my spreadsheet numbers to work out a purchase price. Charles and Davien knocked it out of the park. I got a great deal no one else could match. I know this because my prior research showed me current Genesis and competitor pricing. It wasn’t just a great deal. It was a massively great deal! When it came time for the walkaround, they presented me with a beautiful, shiny car the detail team had prepared with incredible care. Once I accepted it, they patiently explained the sophisticated technology and answered all my questions for as long as I wanted. I have bought many used and new cars over my 77 years, and this was hands down the best new-car buying experience I have ever had. I recommend Genesis of Kennesaw with great enthusiasm if you want a fantastic car at a great price. More
